At NOVA Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 DAYS of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are still attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 WORKING DAYS. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us at THEDX9922@GMAIL.COM. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5DAYS  of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the information and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • The return is due to an error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
